    Baby Dear One Doll
    Momma Crier with Sleep Time Eyes
    My wife and her mother collected new dolls from about 1970 to 1980.   They were displayed in glass cabinets and have spent the last 15 years in a trunk in a smoke free house.  They are in excellent condition.  These were purchased while while family was in military in California, Louisiana, Europe and Asia.  We are listing about 40 of these unique pieces so please view other items if you are a doll collector.
    This doll has markings Vogue 1965 on the back of the neck as shown in the photo.  I read a doll guide that said the momma crier was added in 1972.   This doll is a crier and cries well.  This was my wife's doll and 1972 would make sense given her age.  She loved this doll.  It is life size and feels like a baby.  Sleep Time eyes.   The Doll is in great condition.  Length is specified as 25 inches long (I measure about 23 inches) and weight is about 2.5 lbs.   Looks like original clothing as the fuzzy white hooded jacket has a Vogue tag.
