Vintage STANLEY No. 344 VICTOR Zig-Zag Style Patent Folding Rule - Sweetheart TM
This is a vintage 48"
No. 344 STANLEY "VICTOR" Zig Zag Style Folding Rule
with
Sweetheart trademark
.   Plus, this example is marked with 3 Patent Dates of
July 13, 1909, May 14, 1912
, and
May 22, 1917
.   It is the small size (5 1/2" long) and is yellow with black markings.  I rate this ruler in
GOOD - CONDITION
overall.  It has a major flaw in that one section of 8 1/2" is broken off one end.  Other than this flaw, it is in nice condition.  Most all the numbers and markings are clear and easy to read.   Most of the original paint remains.  A rare Stanley zig-zag rule to add to your measuring tool collection until you find a better one!
