This monitor powers on and appears to be functional.
Note on Functions:
The buttons on the lower panel and the Recorder Buttons: Record Wave and Stop (on the right hand side panel) are responsive (in that, when pressed, they activate menu pages).  However without modules, were are unable to test any other functionality.
Since this unit does not come with any modules, we are unable to assess or test the responsiveness of the following 3 buttons (on the right hand side panel): Invasive Pressure Zero All, NIBP Auto On/Off and NIBP Start Cancel (as these require a BP module).  We have no further information regarding the functionality of this unit.
We cannot guarantee any further functionality regarding this unit as it has not been fully tested.  This monitor is being sold as is.

available or included in this sale.  No cables or power cord are included.
